Pallet Delivery
 
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
 
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
 
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
 
Light Goods
 
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
 
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
 
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.

Used as an alternative to Flexible Flue Liner to connect the Stove Pipe to the existing chimney. The Sump Adaptor can be used with a flat lintel. The Clay Pot Adaptor is used with a flue gatherer.

Used when a stove installed inside a chamber recess. It helps seal the base of the chimney, reflect heat, prevent debris falling onto stove. It can be cut accordingly. The Rosette is a finishing Trim were the stove pipe passes through the Closure Plate. Closure Plate [1000 x 400mm].
