How to fit your new Morso 6100 & 6800 Brick Set
Fitting Morso 6100 Firebricks can be a little bid fiddly, but in the main you should be able to do this yourself. Use the below steps and exploded view as a guide only. However, if you are not completely sure how to fit them, please seek the services of a suitably qualified engineer.
- Remove old firebricks and clean firebox.
- Locate rear firebrick and one side brick.
- Then place the upper baffle followed by the lower
- Whilst holding the lower baffle in place, raise the final side brick into place
- No fire cement or fixing agent required.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
